I spent 50. On a Togo order and the salads are so old, but worse part is it's noticeable can see it. When you call no one answers.
This is the fourth time it isn't once in a while it is every visit. Close the location...
When you have that happen just take the salad and receipt with you to the store to return it and nicely let them know the salad is bad cause my salads have always been super yummy
Do you sell low carb bread?
You just have to ask
what if someone ordered the food online for delivery and when delivery guy knocks on your door and you don't answer?
Also can you get your money back or even possible for redelivery?
Well, to order and not answer the door is kind of rude, don't you think? Did you call and try to have it redelivered? Panera can be very accommodating if you give them a chance but no, I don't think you can get your money back.

While the food is always good, the service was not so much today. The cashier had issues understanding my order. She insisted that a bowl of soup was not included in the pick 2, when the menu clearly stated and pictures shown on the menu contradicted her claim. I ordered A bread bowl of soup & half of a grilled cheese sandwich. I received a bowl of soup and half sandwich. When I addressed the issue with the employee that brought our food to the table, she quickly corrected the mistake, by bringing me an empty bread bowl to put my soup in, but did not offer the free treat as promised on signage inside the store. I rated 4 stars due to the inconvenience.

I ordered delivery to my home and my food arrived in 20 minutes. The food was hot, my order was correct, and the delivery woman was so sweet! I will be ordering take out again!

This location brings your order to your table, not so with others. A great convenience for the disabled or people with children. Food very good also.

I'd give them ten stars if I could. The foods always great, service top notch and smiles for every one. Dining area clean. Utensils stocked well. Really enjoyed my visit. And a special thanks to the Assistant Manager Michael for always making our visits GREAT!!!!!

The Mediterranean bowl was amazing. I'm a pretty selective eater but I really liked it. Wish they had other bread to go with it. But still yummy.

we had a breakfast- sandwiches and coffee. coffee was not monitored - so there was a wait (both light and dark roast). egg and cheese croissant and egg and cheese brioche- were good. not exactly what we ordered (scrambled vs. over easy). staff friendly- not overly accommodating.

I love their Fuji apple salad. The dried apples are a treat. I also like being able to customize my order (no onions, apple as a side instead of bread, etc.) on the order screen just inside the door.

I’ve been to very many Panera’s in my life but this one definitely wins for my favourite one. It’s super squeaky clean, food is always super fresh, staff is extremely friendly AND they bring your food to you. Service with a smile every time
